This unit is fully furnished, linens and towels are included.  There is a large open kitchen with everything you will need to cook any meal.  The dining area has 14 foot vaulted ceilings and opens on to the deck with views of Beaver Creek.  The living room features a wood burning fireplace, TV, vaulted ceilings and seating for 6.  Down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.  The second bedroom has twin beds and another full bathroom is located across the hall. 

This unit not only has great views of Beaver Creek but is located on Nottingham Lake.  Walk out your door to enjoy Ice Skating or cross country skiing around the lake.  Remember to pack your bathing suit so you can warm up in the hot tub when you are finished playing in the snow. 

From this unit you can easily walk to one of the Avon town shuttle stops or the Beaver Creek shuttle stop.  Also within walking distance is the Avon Recreation Center. 

For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit and a one car garage at your disposal.
