Rental Property Management

Monitoring Service
The Monitoring Service is Base Mountain Rentals basic home care service, it is inexpensive and can be implemented as frequently as the homeowner would like. It includes the following important checks:
Check operation of heat, electric, water, gas fireplace, garbage disposal, smoke detectors and all major appliances. Check for signs of intrusion, pest infestation and water leaks. Security check of all doors and windows.
Additional Services
Auto Service
We will start your automobile for you, make sure it is clean for your arrival and even drop it for you at the Eagle County Airport.
Furnishing and Decorating
If you have a property that is unfurnished or is need of updating to make it more rentable, we can help. We have the equipment and the knowledge to outfit your property in a manner most desirable for long or short term rentals.
Cleaning
We have a professional housekeeping staff that offers either a light or a deep clean depending on your needs and desires.
Light Clean: Vacuum, damp mop, dust, wipe down all counter tops and sinks, clean toilets.
Deep Clean: Light clean plus laundry, remake beds, window, trash removal, clean/empty refrigerator, clean stove, dishes, scrub tub/showers, mirrors.
Snow Removal
We can safely remove snow from driveways, decks, sidewalks and roofs.
Firewood Delivery
We can get the best quality fire wood, split and stacked were you need it.
Landscape Maintenance
Mowing, weeding, fertilizing, etc.
Shopping Service
Supply us with a list and we will stock your refrigerator, cupboards and liquor cabinet saving you valuable time when you arrive.
House Warming Service
This includes a light clean, turning up your heat the day before you arrive, check electric and water, smoke detectors, gas fireplace, wash your car, check/plug in major appliances, light pilot lights if necessary, turn up the heat on your spa and bring out your personal items that may have been put away.
House Closing Service
This includes a deep clean, turning down your heat, wash your car, unplug major appliances, mail service and put away personal items if you are planning on renting your property.
Repair, Cleaning, Construction Monitoring
If you choose to have someone else clean your house, do repair work or even have some remodeling done, we will supervise their work to make sure it is done to your standards in a timely, professional manner.
Plant Care
We will water, feed, prune and turn your plants weekly in order to keep them healthy and happy. Re-potting will be done as necessary
Mail Service
We will check your mail weekly and forward your mail to you. If you choose to forward your mail through the post office we will take care of the paper work and continue to check your Post Office Box for any forgotten or un forwarded mail.
Spa Maintenance
We will check chemicals, pumps, heater and clean your spa weekly
